Filter an order's Activity log by person and by type, Notes & comments or Record changes, so who said what on a load takes two picks, not a long scroll.

Add a Transit Days formula field to the Order object: dateDiff from First Pickup to Last Delivery in days, so every load carries its planned trip length.
