Week of Sep 7, 2026: filter a record's Activity log by type and by person, plus a This period in date filters, form asterisks and three new connectors.
A record’s Activity log used to be one long scroll: every note, comment and field edit on the order, from everyone and the system. This week its Filters button narrows that history by type, Notes & comments or Record changes, and by person, so a dispatcher can keep just a teammate’s notes and an accountant can see what the sales rep did; what a record is shows where the Activity tab sits on the record page. The table below also lists a This period in Custom range date filters for board views, asterisks on required fields in workflow forms, and the Samsara, Xero and ePay Manager connectors in integrations.
Activity log filters: narrow a record's history to one person
What changed
Every record's Activity log has a Filters button. Narrow the history by type, Notes & comments or Record changes, and by person. Before, you scrolled every note, comment and edit to find the one you needed.
Where teams use it
Dispatchers keep only the notes and comments teammates left on a load, the driver's included, without the field edits around them. Accountants filter to what the dispatcher or sales rep did on an order to get the context they need.
Try it
- Open any order, for example ORD-28, and go to its Activity tab
- Click Filters and, under Filter by person, pick one teammate
- Under Filter by type, pick Record changes to see what they changed, or Notes & comments to see what they wrote
